AVEFLIGHT Digital License — Set Visual Archive: La Carolina and Controlled Scenic Spaces

This AVEFLIGHT Digital License grants access to informational and audiovisual materials within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem associated with the selected product, including a set visual archive dedicated to La Carolina, controlled scenic spaces, escape-room environments, immersive atmospheres and audiovisual production references.

La Carolina is not presented here as an ordinary location or as a simple collection of images. It is a space with memory, architecture, texture and presence. The product invites the buyer to enter, first through the reading experience and then through the authorized digital material, into a universe where theater, cinema, art direction and the physical reality of the place meet. Corridors, rooms, surfaces, real machines, multiparameter monitors used as visual references, lighting elements, cameras, sound and scenic circulation are not isolated decoration: they build a sense of presence, tension and immersion.

The archive is based on a former hospital space in Quito reinterpreted by AVEFLIGHT as a controlled audiovisual scenario. The value of the material lies in observing how a real place can be transformed into a cinematic environment where every detail — light on a wall, the framing of a doorway, sound captured in proximity, the breathing of the space, the distance between camera and action — helps create an experience that feels as if it were unfolding directly in front of the viewer, with a raw visual quality that is carefully constructed.

The AVEFLIGHT ecosystem combines Italian artistic sensitivity, international technical vision, Ecuadorian territorial context and a production perspective compatible with audiences in Latin America, the United States and Europe. This combination makes it possible to develop scenarios that do not rely only on digital effects: they are supported by real spaces, real objects, real machines, professional capture technology and staging designed so that the boundary between fiction, theater and visual reality feels intense and credible.

When the material requires it, the archive may document a production environment using more than six Blackmagic 6K cameras, capable of working with a reference resolution of 6144 × 3456, equivalent to more than 21 million image points. This capture allows the study of simultaneous framing, spatial continuity, close-ups, side angles, mobile cameras and complementary points of view. The production may incorporate professional RØDE wireless microphones, with technical references from the Wireless PRO family such as 2.4 GHz digital transmission, 32-bit float internal recording, timecode and synchronization for post-production. Lighting may rely on high-output Godox and Aputure sources, including fixtures up to 1200W that allow the use of more closed apertures, greater depth of field or more aggressive shutter speeds when the desired visual sensation is drier, more immediate and psychologically realistic.

The license includes a 60-minute online session with the AVEFLIGHT team, scheduled through the link included in the license PDF. During the video call, the team may explain the set context, present additional materials, informational slides, visual references and comments adapted to the needs of the client, project or institution. The session may be held in Spanish, English or Italian and is subject to calendar availability and a minimum operational notice of 120 hours.

The license grants access, viewing, consultation or internal-use rights according to the type of product purchased. It does not grant resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public exhibition or commercial exploitation rights unless the product-specific license expressly states otherwise.

This product does not sell a physical visit, and it does not include tickets, transportation, permits, location use, filming, in-person production or on-site accompaniment. Any physical service, access to spaces, local production, technical hiring or use of locations requires availability, quotation and a separate written agreement.
