AVEFLIGHT Digital License — Audiovisual Development Dossier: La Carolina Project

This AVEFLIGHT Digital License grants access to informational and audiovisual materials within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem associated with the selected product, including an audiovisual development dossier related to the La Carolina Project, controlled scenic spaces, visual references, production atmosphere and art direction criteria.

The product is intended for clients, creators, institutions, brands, producers, educational teams or cultural projects that want to understand how AVEFLIGHT transforms real or reconstructed spaces into audiovisual environments capable of supporting immersive narrative. The main value of this license lies in the professional context it provides: a production perspective combining Italian artistic sensitivity, Ecuadorian operational experience, an international market outlook and the ability to build visually credible scenes for audiences in Latin America, the United States and Europe.

The dossier may refer to the visual environment of the old hospital La Carolina in Quito, including former hospital spaces reinterpreted as audiovisual settings, empty set areas, lighting references, camera movement, architectural texture, sound, art direction, suspense, scenic movement and the construction of atmosphere. It may also address, in general terms, other kinds of immersive scenarios that AVEFLIGHT may study or develop when available and authorized: escape rooms, theaters, former churches or disused chapels, creative locations and spaces reconstructed with cinematic fidelity to appear real on camera.

The purpose of the product is to document and explain an audiovisual language, not to sell a physical experience. The described spaces function as study materials, pre-production references and examples of how a scenario can become an active part of a story. The focus is on the artistic and professional use of space: framing, lighting, sound, narrative tension, visual direction, crew presence, environment preparation and the relationship between architectural reality and cinematic fiction.

The La Carolina Project documents the transformation of a hospital in Quito, with its authentic rooms and equipment, into a professional scenic environment prepared for audiovisual production.

The license includes a 60-minute online session with the AVEFLIGHT team, scheduled through the link included in the license PDF. During the video call, the team may provide additional explanations, present slides or informational supporting materials, clarify the context of the La Carolina Project and adapt the conversation to the general needs of the client or project. The session is subject to calendar availability and requires a minimum operational notice of 120 hours, allowing adequate preparation of the materials.

The license grants access, viewing, consultation or internal-use rights according to the type of product purchased. It does not grant resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public exhibition or commercial exploitation rights unless the product-specific license expressly states otherwise.

This product is not a pre-sale, does not guarantee automatic access to future releases, does not include future videos, does not guarantee premiere dates and does not constitute a location booking, tour, visit, ticket, transportation, permit, physical production or in-person accompaniment.
