AVEFLIGHT Digital License — Production Dossier: Controlled Scenic Spaces and Audiovisual Immersion

This AVEFLIGHT Digital License grants access to informational and audiovisual materials within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem associated with the selected product, including a production dossier about controlled scenic spaces, immersive atmospheres, visual references and audiovisual development criteria. The product is designed for clients, creators, institutions, brands, producers, educational teams or cultural projects that want to understand how AVEFLIGHT organizes spaces, ideas and reference materials before an audiovisual production.

The value of this license is not limited to the number of pages or files delivered, but to the access it provides to a professional production perspective developed by a team with Italian artistic sensitivity, Ecuadorian operational context and an international vision also oriented toward the United States and European markets. The dossier introduces how AVEFLIGHT interprets locations, theatrical scenarios, suspense-based environments, immersive atmospheres and controlled sets as part of an audiovisual language where art direction, lighting, cameras, sound, the architecture of the place and the viewer’s experience work together.

When relevant, the material may refer to unique spaces used, studied or developed within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem, such as former hospital spaces reinterpreted as audiovisual environments, the visual context of La Carolina in Quito, theaters, former churches or disused chapels when available and authorized, escape rooms, creative locations and reconstructed scenarios built with enough fidelity to appear real on camera. These elements are presented as resources for production, study, atmosphere and visual narrative, not as physical services automatically included in this license.

From a real hospital space to a controlled set: this license documents how atmosphere, planning and production transform the location into an immersive audiovisual experience within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem.

The license includes a 60-minute online session with the AVEFLIGHT team, scheduled through the link included in the license PDF. During the video call, the team may present informational materials, supporting slides, audiovisual context explanations and comments adapted to the general needs of the client or project. The session is subject to calendar availability and a minimum operational notice of 120 hours, allowing AVEFLIGHT to prepare the supporting materials properly.

The license grants access, viewing, consultation or internal-use rights according to the type of product purchased. It does not grant resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public exhibition or commercial exploitation rights unless the product-specific license expressly states otherwise.

This product is not a pre-sale, does not guarantee automatic access to future videos, does not guarantee release dates and does not constitute a production booking, location reservation, visit, ticket, transportation, permits or in-person accompaniment. Any physical production, access to locations, use of spaces, technical hiring or additional service requires quotation, availability and a separate written agreement.

This license is not a gift card, does not represent monetary credit and is not redeemable for cash. The product belongs to the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem and is delivered as a digital license associated with informational, audiovisual, consulting and professional planning materials.
