AVEFLIGHT Digital License — Immersive Set Technical Dossier: Camera, Light and Sound

This AVEFLIGHT Digital License grants access to informational and audiovisual materials within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem associated with the selected product, including a technical set dossier dedicated to the audiovisual construction of immersive experiences through camera, light, sound, physical space and scenic direction.

This product is not focused only on a location. It is focused on how a location becomes an experience. A corridor stops being just a corridor when the camera is placed at the right height; a room stops being just a room when light separates the background and allows the viewer to feel depth; a real object, machine, monitor, door or scenic stretcher stops being a simple element when it enters a grammar of framing, sound and movement. The dossier helps explain how AVEFLIGHT studies these elements to transform controlled spaces into high-intensity audiovisual environments.

Within the AVEFLIGHT ecosystem, this license may take as reference the La Carolina environment in Quito, former hospital spaces reinterpreted as audiovisual scenarios, escape rooms, theaters, former churches or disused chapels when available and authorized, and sets reconstructed with enough fidelity to appear real in front of the camera. The purpose is to explain the technical and artistic construction of immersion: not only to show a place, but to reveal how the viewer’s perception is organized.

The dossier may address the logic of a multi-camera system using more than six Blackmagic 6K cameras. A reference 6K signal, with 6144 × 3456 image points, provides a visual density above 21 million points, useful for studying detail, texture, cropping, continuity and possible reframing. Multiple cameras allow a scene to be observed as if the space had several eyes: locked-off shots, narrative surveillance angles, steadicam movement, reaction cameras, detail shots and points of view designed to increase the feeling of reality.

Sound is also part of immersion. The dossier may describe the use of professional RØDE wireless microphones, with references to systems from the Wireless PRO family that integrate 2.4 GHz digital transmission, 128-bit encryption, 32-bit float internal recording, timecode and tools designed to maintain synchronization and clarity in post-production. In an immersive environment, sound is not background: it is proximity, tension, the breathing of the space and a sensory proof that the scene feels as if it is happening.

Lighting completes that reading. Aputure fixtures up to 1200W may support a scene where depth of field, more closed apertures, visible textures or shorter shutter speeds are required. When shutter speed approaches high multiples of the frame rate, movement may become drier and more perceptive, reinforcing a feeling of raw and controlled reality, always as an aesthetic production decision.

Cameras, lighting, sound, measurements and technical supervision reveal the professional process that turns a real location into a controlled, repeatable and visually convincing cinematic set.

The license includes a 60-minute online session with the AVEFLIGHT team, scheduled through the link included in the license PDF. During the video call, the team may explain camera, light, sound, atmosphere, art direction and scenario organization criteria, and may also present additional materials or informational slides adapted to the client’s general interest. The session may be held in Spanish, English or Italian and requires a minimum operational notice of 120 hours.

The license grants access, viewing, consultation or internal-use rights according to the type of product purchased. It does not grant resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public exhibition or commercial exploitation rights unless the product-specific license expressly states otherwise.

This product does not include filming, equipment rental, visits, location use, transportation, permits, physical access to spaces, in-person production or delivery of unspecified technical files. Any additional service requires availability, quotation and a separate written agreement.
