AVEFLIGHT Digital License — Audiovisual Consulting and Project Support

AVEFLIGHT provides professional services delivered primarily online, including audiovisual consulting, production planning, project review, and post-production workflow guidance. Services are available in Spanish, English, or Italian. Each listing clearly states its scope, duration, included materials, and exclusions.

These services are designed for companies, institutions, producers, brands, creators, educational teams, cultural projects, and independent professionals who need to organize an idea, assess a project, or define the next steps before production.

The purchased service is delivered online. After an initial consultation or review, AVEFLIGHT may separately assess in-person meetings in Quito, filming, post-production, or the use of studios, theaters, sets, and approved locations. These activities are not included unless expressly stated and require availability, technical feasibility, any required permits, a separate quote, and a separate written agreement.

For separately contracted projects, AVEFLIGHT works with NVIDIA RTX-based post-production workstations, distributed RAID and NAS storage, portable SSD media for capture and editing, 6K cameras, specialized camera systems, gimbal stabilization, and a symmetrical 1 Gbps fiber connection and over 500,000 GB of aggregate nominal capacity in Quito.

Supporting digital materials are licensed for the buyer’s internal use in connection with the purchased service. They may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products.
