It is intended for projects that need guidance on media ingest, folder structures, naming conventions, proxy files, interchange formats, version control, operational storage, file transfer, and delivery.

Includes:

• one 60-minute online session;
• review of a short technical brief submitted before the session;
• service in Spanish, English, or Italian;
• a confirmation PDF containing preparation instructions and the scheduling link;
• high-level recommendations adapted to the volume of media, available equipment, deadlines, and collaboration requirements.

This purchase does not include editing, color grading, sound mixing, data recovery, media migration, hosting, long-term archiving, reserved storage capacity, or any guarantee of data preservation. Use of AVEFLIGHT equipment, storage, or facilities requires a separate quote and written agreement.
